Spicy Tumeric Chicken Rice

Ingredients

• 400g of chicken
• 1 romano pepper
• 1 lemon
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 red chilli
• 2 spring onions
• 1 tsp Chipotle paste
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp dried organo
• 1 tsp ground tumeric

Instructions

1. Sear romano pepper and ther other veg
2. Add diced chicken for 3m
3. Cook chicken in 150ml of chicken stock mixed with all the spices and chipotle (maybe add stock after aromatics)
4. Add 1/2 lemon worth of juice
5. Add spring onion
6. Serve mixed with rice with lemon wedges
