Five Spice Chicken

Ingredients

• Boneless peeled chicken thighs
• 15g Fresh ginger
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 red chilli
• 1 tsp five spice mix
• 50g baby kale
• 25g honey
• 30 ml ketchup
• 30ml soy sauce
• Sesame Seeds

Instructions

1. Slice chicken and coat in 5 spice
2. Sear chicken then reduce and cook for 5m
3. Add vegetables for 2m then add sauce
4. Add Kale for 1m, add sesame seeds and serve on rice
