  1. Cut the zucchinis down the middle and scoop the flesh
  2. Cook the flesh and garlic with salt and pepper in oil with the seasonings
  3. Bake the zucchinis for 5-10m in oven or air fryer
  4. Combine the flesh with tuna, corn, mayo, tomato paste, parmesan
  5. Fill the empty zucchini shells with the paste, press down and cover with cheese
  6. Bake for a few minutes to seal it with the cheese
  7. If you're feeling brave add a layer of parmesan to a pan and try to fry the zucchini upside down to sear the cheese and the tops
  8. Meanwhile prep the salad and cook the wedges with rosemary
