- Sauté onions.
- Add chicken and garlic, cook till brown.
- Add smoked paprika and cayenne, cook 1 min.
- Add beans, soy sauce, 150-250ml water.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mash the beans.
- Stir in cheese and spring onion.
- Put in tortilla, crisp in oven or cook in oil and grill.
- Serve with chipotle mayo.
